ChainPortal reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" will be updated. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Use of the Platform

The Platform allows users to manage NFTs and tokens across blockchains. All users must comply with applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction of usage.

4. User Obligations

Users agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes. Users must not engage in any activities that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the Platform or other users' ability to use the Platform.

5. Blockchain Transactions

Users acknowledge that blockchain transactions, including the minting of NFTs and tokens, are irreversible. ChainPortal is not responsible for any loss or failure resulting from blockchain transactions.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

The use of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, users consent to the collection, use, and sharing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Fees

All transactions on the Platform are subject to applicable fees, which may change without prior notice. All fees are non-refundable.

In the event of errors or incorrect payments, ChainPortal may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, attempt to refund the transaction amount after deducting any related expenses, including but not limited to transaction fees. However, refunds are not guaranteed, and users acknowledge that all blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by ChainPortal, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and software, is the intellectual property of ChainPortal or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not use, copy, or distribute any content without explicit permission.

9. Termination

ChainPortal reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access at its sole discretion if any breach of these Terms is detected.

10. Limitation of Liability

ChainPortal and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to financial loss, lost profits, lost data, loss of digital assets, or any other damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Users acknowledge and agree that blockchain transactions are **irreversible**, and ChainPortal is not responsible for any transaction errors, failed transactions, smart contract vulnerabilities, wallet security breaches, or losses resulting from blockchain network congestion, failures, or attacks.

11. No Warranties

The Platform is provided **"as is" and "as available"**, without any warranties, express or implied. ChainPortal **does not guarantee** uninterrupted service, security, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose. Users assume full responsibility for the use of the Platform.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChainPortal and its owner(s) from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, legal fees, or expenses arising from the use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. User Account & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their wallets and private keys; ChainPortal is not liable for any unauthorized access or loss of funds.

14. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use the Platform for any illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or hacking attempts.

15. Force Majeure

ChainPortal shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or inability to perform its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, technical failures, government actions, interruptions of internet or telecommunications services, blockchain network failures, or any other event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of ChainPortal.

ChainPortal will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, or other harm resulting from such events, regardless of the cause or whether ChainPortal was aware of the possibility of such events. This includes, without limitation, ChainPortal's own failures or delays in performance.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, and users agree to resolve any disputes through informal negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration or mediation. Users waive any rights to hold ChainPortal liable for any claims or damages, and agree not to pursue formal legal action.

17. Third-Party Services & Wallet Integration

ChainPortal integrates with third-party wallet services and blockchains; it is not responsible for any issues related to these external services.
